Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationship activities and maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support requests professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain regular communication with customers to improve engagement and satisfaction levels
• Monitor customer feedback and assist in improving customer experience processes
• Prepare reports related to customer interactions, follow-ups, and CRM activities
• Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs where applicable
• Ensure all customer information is updated and maintained accurately within company systems
• Assist management in enhancing customer service standards and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software systems
• Ability to manage customer relationships professionally and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Arabic-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• English language proficiency is required
• Arabic language is mandatory as per company requirements
