We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Leads Specialist to join our Operational Excellence department. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification & Acquisition: Research and source potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking events. Ensure the efficient distribution of marketing-generated leads to the appropriate sales agents.
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and categorize lead records in the CRM for seamless access by the sales team. Conduct data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Spreadsheets) to enhance lead quality and optimize conversion rates.
- Lead Qualification & Engagement: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to assess their needs and level of interest. Qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales team, ensuring a higher conversion potential.
- Collaboration & Performance Optimization: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies. Monitor, track, and report lead performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Market Insights & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance business strategies.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales (real estate industry experience is a plus) OR a fresh graduate with a strong interest in the field.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Bitrix.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
