Description:
The CRM & Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm's CRM platform, tracking client interactions and project pipelines, and supporting business development efforts across our architecture and civil engineering projects. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process efficiency, and clear communication between clients, architects, and project managers, ensuring a consistent and professional client experience from first contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of clients, leads, and project statuses
- Track and report on business development pipelines, proposals, and client engagement metrics
- Coordinate with Architects, Product Architects, and Project Managers to ensure client communications reflect project milestones and design intent
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, scheduling, and initial coordination
- Develop and refine CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards to improve team efficiency
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design team
- Analyze client and market data to identify business development opportunities and support strategic planning
- Coordinate and arrange communication between the Commercial and Residential Architecture teams to ensure alignment on client priorities and project scheduling
Qualifications
- Must be based in the UAE and hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours consistently, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Familiarity with UAE corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements as they relate to client and business operations
- 3+ years of professional experience in CRM management, business development, or client relations, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client data and pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design and technical teams
- Understanding of the architecture/design project lifecycle is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus
