Custom Program Director

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Custom Program Director to lead the development and delivery of tailor-made executive education programs for corporate and institutional clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for designing impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and institutional clients; understand their strategic objectives and translate them into compelling learning solutions.

Program Design & Delivery: Co-create bespoke executive education programs in partnership with faculty, industry experts, and global collaborators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic teams, facilitators, and business development to ensure seamless program delivery and learner experience.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of program execution—from proposal to post-program review—ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Growth & Innovation: Identify market opportunities, contribute to business development strategies, and innovate on new formats and delivery models to stay ahead of client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive education, corporate training, or strategic client services
• Proven experience designing and delivering customized leadership development or training programs
• Strong understanding of corporate learning needs and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic (required); additional languages are a plus
• Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments
