Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Associate at THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub in Abu Dhabi. The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Knowledge of wellness and fitness and hospitality industry is beneficial
