We are hiring for our Real Estate Developer client in UAE

Position: Customer Service Executive

• Salary: AED 7000 – 8000
• Location: Dubai
• Arabic Speaker( mandatory)
• Should have experience within Real estate in UAE (Mandatory)
• Customer service Experience in handover of the project (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Addressing customers queries in person and determining their needs.
• Up to date knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, policy and procedures; so that you can answer questions.
• Preparing Booking Form, Agency agreement….
• Communicating with the clients for documentation, contracts, assisting them in signing contracts and clarifying client queries
• Scheduling the property visit for the clients
