What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is an added advantage)
  • Quick learner with a dynamic and confident personality
  • Strong communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Comfortable interacting through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person discussions
  • Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or showroom sales is a bonus
  • Willingness to understand the product range thoroughly and explain it clearly to customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and at the showroom
  • Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable water purification solutions
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into confirmed clients
  • Maintain excellent rapport with both potential and existing customers
