Hiring Customer Service Officer

Location – Dubai

Salary – 6500 AED

Contract – 6 months

Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience from Insurance industry

Role Purpose:

To provide administrative support and process critical customer requests within the New Business and servicing department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Process Corporate/Trust cases, World-Checks, High premium assessments, CFI’s, policy issuance, surrenders, refunds and reinstatements
• Undertake thorough quality checks of various New Business and Servicing processes accurately and in accordance with procedures
• Undertake thorough AML checks in line with the regulatory requirements –Handle routine and complex enquiries from internal and external customers within well-defined procedures and in a customer centric manner
• -Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed including clients’ details, premiums register and clients’ historical records
