Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to explain processes clearly and professionally.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Convincing Attitude: Strong persuasion skills to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with CRM software and other customer management tools to track customer progress and status.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE experience. Industry experience in driving schools is a plus.
