Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Dubai. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience good with MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in a customer service role
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
