Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

We need a Customer Success Partner to join a fast-growing organization with an amazing presence in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term value for subscription-based clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, responsible for strengthening relationships, enhancing adoption of digital products, and ensuring clients achieve maximum return on their investment. Working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams, you will identify growth opportunities, support revenue retention, and foster client engagement that directly contributes to business success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, leveraging data-driven insights, and helping businesses grow through innovative digital solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned customers, serving as their dedicated point of contact.
  • Guide customers on best practices for maximizing value from digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals and track progress through defined success metrics.
  • Monitor customer health scores and conduct reviews to ensure goals are met while addressing potential challenges.
  • Identify customer success-qualified leads (CSQLs) to support upselling and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide resources, insights, and ongoing support across the customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize technology and analytics to scale processes and improve efficiencies.

 

What They're Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million AED accounts and delivering ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen; P&L experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Background in real estate tech, media, software, advertising, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
