HIRING IN DUBAI | Customer Support Executive

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives in Dubai for a fast-growing organization that values customer satisfaction and professional service delivery. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to build their careers in customer support and gain UAE market exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat platforms in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and timely support to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
  • Follow up with customers when required to ensure issue resolution
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Qualification: Any graduate
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
  • Visa Status: Visit visa or cancelled visa candidates are preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
