Data Product Manager

Description:

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of Data Factory data products, from opportunity discovery and product definition through delivery coordination, launch, adoption enablement, and continuous improvement. Partner with Abu Dhabi Government Entities and DGE stakeholders to translate validated business needs into product vision, roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional delivery and contribute to portfolio optimization through reuse, scaling, consolidation, and lifecycle decisions

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated experience in product management, digital products, data products, analytics products, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing products across the lifecycle, including discovery, product definition, prioritization, delivery coordination, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and engaging senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and users to translate complex needs into product direction and measurable outcomes
• UAE government, public-sector, or GovTech experience is strongly preferred, with previous experience working with Abu Dhabi Government Entities considered a significant advantage
