- Thorough understanding of credit control and collections policies, practices, and procedures.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at a senior level.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in analysis and presentation.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Persistent problem-solving ability with a focus on recommending solutions and achieving outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and business writing skills.
Requirements:
- Experienced candidates with excellent banking collection in the UAE will be given priority.
- Freshers in the UAE with collection experience from their home country are also welcome to apply.
