Responsibilities:

• Contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans to settle outstanding debts.
• Following up on overdue accounts and initiating collection actions.
• Understanding and applying relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communications with debtors.
• Providing timely updates to management regarding outstanding debts and collection efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or similar role.
• Knowledge of debt collection practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer cand debt collection software.
