Delivery Manager

Description:

Adecco is actively seeking a competent and experienced Delivery Manager who brings a strong background in UAE-based delivery manpower supply operations. This position is best suited for candidates who have successfully managed delivery teams and handled client accounts within the UAE logistics or outsourcing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
• Oversee the complete manpower deployment process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Lead and manage delivery teams while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved
• Address client concerns, escalations, and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Track billing processes, prepare reports, and ensure profitability across assigned accounts

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Delivery Manager or Operations Manager in a UAE-based delivery manpower supply company
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and outsourcing practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Valid UAE driving license will be considered an advantage
