Deputy Finance Manager

Looking for Deputy Finance Manager (FP&A) in Sharjah.

Job Responsibility:

• Finalization of accounts. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision making.
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses
• Identify, investigate, and analyse potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Identify and drive process improvements. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Lease with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
• Oversee operations of the accounting department for Recording & Reporting (R&R)
• Preparing monthly and annual accounts. Bank Reconciliation
• GL mapping and monitoring on monthly basis.
• System ownership making sure all the accounting records and accurate & up to date
• IFRS Implementation
