Designer Project Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Designer Project Manager (Fit-Out Specialist) to lead high-end interior projects across Abu Dhabi. 

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
• Translate client briefs into inspiring and functional design concepts
• Create visually compelling mood boards, color/material palettes, and presentation decks
• Guide the development of technical drawings, including space layouts, custom joinery, and MEP coordination
• Participate in value engineering exercises while preserving the design’s integrity and aesthetics

Project Execution:
• Manage luxury fit-out projects ranging from AED 2M–15M, ensuring timely delivery and budget control
• Serve as the main liaison between architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and the in-house team
• Organize and lead weekly client progress meetings and design reviews
• Offer real-time, on-site design resolutions to overcome execution challenges
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license for frequent client meetings and site visits across Abu Dhabi
