Digital Gravity is seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Account Manager in Dubai who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Advertising, Digital Marketing or Business.
- 3-4 years of experience working in Digital Marketing or Advertising industry in Client services & Account management role preferably on the agency side.
- Firm grip in managing the team to get the deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be people's person.
- Sound knowledge of Social Media & new trends along with the tools used for it.
- Understanding of PR & Influencer marketing.
- Understanding of PPC, Paid Social, Performance Marketing & Lead Generation.
- Understanding of SEO & Marketplace Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the clientele to become the bridge between the agency & the client.
- Retain & create business opportunities from the client's accounts by ensuring timely & accurate delivery and pitching campaigns.
- Brief each department for the monthly, quarterly or half-yearly deliverables as per the planned marketing strategy.
- Get final approvals & feedbacks from the client, getting them incorporated by the team.
- Maintain & backup client's data.
- Ensure all the financials are sorted for all the clients' accounts.
- Maintain & update status sheets.
- Ensure monthly reports are generated & sent within the 1st week of every month.
- Prepare kick-off decks & along with the line-manager kick-off accounts.
