Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Communications Officer to support the planning, creation, and execution of digital content and communications strategies. This role combines creative content development, social media management, media relations, visual asset coordination, and platform support to enhance the visibility and engagement of Pyramedia and its key stakeholders, including Dr. Nashwa Al-Ruwaini and affiliated platforms such as Oloom Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
Visual Content Management
- Assist in the creation, curation, and coordination of high-quality visual content for Pyramedia and Dr. Nashwa Al-Ruwaini’s media programs.
- Ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate strategic messages.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to generate compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop engaging written and visual content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials.
- Support the development and execution of content strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends to ensure fresh and innovative content approaches.
Social Media Management
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish consistent content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to followers, and cultivate a positive online community.
- Analyze metrics and generate performance reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage account activities, ensuring consistent communication and messaging across all digital channels.
Media Relations
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with media contacts and coordinating press opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of media events, interviews, and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and provide timely summaries to internal stakeholders.
Platform Support (Oloom Abu Dhabi)
- Manage content updates and day-to-day communication for the Oloom Abu Dhabi platform.
- Ensure platform content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
- Collaborate on strategies to boost user engagement and reach.
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist in the execution of cross-functional communication and marketing projects.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Provide general administrative support to the communications team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and documentation.
Client & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop tailored social media strategies and content.
- Build relationships with influencers, media representatives, and online communities to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor and manage online sentiment and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and media monitoring tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Experience in media, entertainment, or public relations industries.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
