Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube).

Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.

Manage budgets and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).

Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Manage paid social campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.

Monitor engagement, analyze results, and suggest improvements.

Website Management

Oversee website performance, updates, and basic WordPress management.

Ensure SEO-friendly structure, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements.

Work with developers/designers for major updates.

Analytics Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on SEO, ads, social media, and website performance.

Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Requirements

proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website management.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Strong knowledge of WordPress/website CMS.

Understanding of lead generation campaigns (real estate industry experience is a plus).

Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Reporting Skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
