Description:

A leading real estate organization is looking for a skilled Lead Generator to manage digital campaigns and generate high-quality leads for real estate developers. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, and lead conversion strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, improving lead quality, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle campaigns from strategy development to reporting while working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

• Create engaging marketing content, ad creatives, and promotional materials.

• Manage websites and landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI).

• Manage leads and campaign activities through HubSpot CRM.

• Analyze campaign data and provide reports to improve marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns, especially within the real estate industry.

• Real estate experience is essential.

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

• Experience managing websites, landing pages, and HubSpot.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage campaigns from planning to reporting.

• Available to work full-time on-site in JLT, Dubai.
