We are a growing marketing company specialized in medical and aesthetic marketing. We are currently seeking a results-driven Digital Performance & Ads Senior Specialist with deep experience in paid media, digital strategy, and AI-enhanced performance optimization. The role will focus on leading our ad campaigns and digital infrastructure to drive patient/client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Management
- Design and manage multi-platform paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
- Oversee daily ad operations including budget control, performance tracking, and ROAS optimization
- Lead and conversion funnel setup and refinement
- Retargeting and lookalike audience implementation
- A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
- SEO & Digital Presence
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to increase organic traffic
- Monitor and report on keyword rankings, technical SEO health, and backlinks
- Coordinate with content and web team for ongoing optimization
- Lead Generation Optimization
- Optimize the full lead generation pipeline from awareness to conversion
- Improve cost-per-lead and lead quality through continuous testing
- Align ad strategies with sales pipeline goals
- Digital Tools & System Integration
- Implement and manage CRM tools, analytics dashboards, tracking pixels, and API integrations
- Ensure smooth integration between website, ads platforms, e-commerce, WhatsApp CRM, and analytics systems
- AI & Automation Implementation
- Apply recent AI tools and automations to optimize ad targeting, bidding, and reporting
- Support the integration of AI-based chatbots and CRM systems
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to refine strategy and campaign design
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including strong hands-on ad campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms
- Strong SEO background (tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Experience with CRM tools, tracking setups, pixel implementation, and marketing automations
- Knowledge in applying AI tools in digital marketing is a plus
- Arabic speaker and English fluency (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
