Digital Transformation Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture to lead and manage complex digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will not only oversee project delivery but also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and technology execution.

Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in enterprise architecture.

2. 5+ years in project/program management with a focus on digital transformation or large-scale IT initiatives.

3. Proven experience aligning digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT delivery with minimum 2 projects with same scope.

4. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

2. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

3 Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).

4. Agile/SAFe certification is desirable.
