As Europe’s leading independent financial group, we offer private bankers a flexible, multi-custodian platform with institutional-grade support. Our External Asset Management (EAM) business operates out of DIFC under a Category 3A license, providing a robust and regulated environment for growth.

Looking for candidates who are entrepreneurial, independent, and committed to delivering bespoke solutions for high/ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Would have experience on how to fully leverage our investment advisory team and broader support infrastructure based in Madrid to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of professional HNW and UHNW clients
• Handle full-cycle client relationship management: onboarding, documentation, servicing, and portfolio strategy
• Deliver customized investment advice across asset classes: equities, fixed income, structured notes, private equity and other alternatives.
• Maintain compliance with KYC/AML and DFSA regulations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring superior client experience and timely response to inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal investment and back-office teams to ensure seamless client execution.
• Monitor daily transactions and proactively resolve any discrepancies or risk alerts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio construction.
• Familiarity with DFSA regulations and EAM business models preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client servicing skills.
• Compliant with DFSA employment and regulatory requirements.
