We are actively recruiting for an experienced trust professional with a wealth of Private Client experience to join a leading global trust & corporate services provider. The firm is expanding globally with the Middle East in particular seen as one of their key markets. The firm is looking for Director level candidate or an experienced Senior Manager to help lead the Private Client business through this exciting time.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate on the long-term success of the business by proactively directing the administration function and integrating initiatives that optimize operational and financial performance.
- Client Governance: Act as a "Client Director" for key entities, ensuring robust corporate governance that complies with all regulatory requirements and the firm’s long-term business plan.
- Relationship Management: Lead client meetings and maintain high-level relationships with intermediaries, professional advisors, and key introducers to ensure a value-added service delivery.
- Business Development: Accurately price and manage new business inquiries, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to internal business development strategies.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to AML legislation and regulatory procedures. Analyze and mitigate risk exposure across your personal portfolio and the wider division.
- People Development: Inspire and motivate a senior management team. Act as a mentor to develop talent, ensuring all employees adhere to the firm’s standards, policy, and contractual obligations.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in client service delivery and senior-level portfolio management.
- A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the trust & Fiduciary space
- A knowledge of offshore trust structures and DIFC Foundations & Trusts
- A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and meeting rigorous deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and the local financial landscape.
- Fully or Part STEP Qualified
