The candidate must be a degree holder in Hotel Management with minimum of 7 years’ experience in a high volume F & B environment in a 5 star international hotel in Europe, America, Canada .

Middle East experience is preferred. She / He will be responsible for managing the F&B strategy in all existing outlets and new F&B concepts under development with particular emphasis on maximizing return on invested capital. In addition, full responsibility for operating profitability where applicable for franchise and company direct owned F&B outlets. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives.
