The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is hiring a Director for its Lifelong Learning and Incubator Office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative training programs that align with AUE's goals and contribute to its financial growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Lifelong Learning and Incubator Office.
Develop strategies to enhance and expand high-quality, professional training programs.
Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, market stakeholders, and potential collaborators.
Ensure alignment of office strategies with AUE’s broader goals and the UAE’s national agenda.
Drive revenue through the successful delivery of training programs, positioning the office as a key revenue-generating arm for AUE.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, leadership, and professional training.
Strong connections within the UAE market and a proven track record of driving growth.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation:
Competitive monthly salary.
15% of net profits from training programs delivered.
