Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to drive revenue, manage a high-performing sales team, and oversee the overall operations of the sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can scale the business, implement revenue growth strategies, and ensure the department meets and exceeds financial targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the department meets financial objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Optimize pricing, commission structures, and incentive programs to drive profitability.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish a strong sales culture driven by accountability, motivation, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Set KPIs and ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, business development, and operations.

Sales Strategy & Operations:

  • Develop and implement sales policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee CRM usage, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales force with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
