Description:
The Director of Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, lead and manage a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners in the MICE, group, and leisure travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry
- Analyze sales data and market trends to implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales support materials and promote R&B Tourism's offerings
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably in MICE, group, or leisure travel
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication with multilingual capabilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to plan and implement sales strategies
