Director - Sales

 

Description:

We are seeking two dynamic and result-oriented Director – Sales to lead the international sales and drive revenue growth across both shows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute annual sales strategy to achieve revenue targets

✔ Drive exhibition space, sponsorship & branding sales

✔ Secure global exhibitors, country pavilions & trade delegations

✔ Identify and convert high-value Tier 1 & Tier 2 sponsors

✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

✔ Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams

✔ Expand market reach across Middle East, India, Europe & Asia

✔ Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline management

✔ Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning

✔ Represent POWERELEC at international industry events

Support show operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and on-site teams for successful event delivery

✔ Work closely with operations to ensure exhibitor satisfaction, stand allocations, and sponsorship fulfillment

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of B2B exhibition sales experience

• Proven track record in closing high-value sponsorships

• Strong international network within the energy sector

• Experience managing cross-regional sales teams
