Django & Asterisk/freepbx Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a smart, reliable Computer Engineer with strong experience in Django (Python) web development and Asterisk/FreePBX systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating our webbased applications with our VoIP infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Django-based web applications.
• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Asterisk/FreePBX systems.
• Build APIs and automation between Django applications and telephony systems.
• Manage and optimize Linux servers for both web and VoIP services.
• Work closely with the network and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• Proven experience with Django framework (3+ years preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Asterisk/FreePBX installation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Linux server administration (Redhat, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Good knowledge of networking and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, NAT).
• Familiarity with APIs, web sockets, and real-time communication integration.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good English communication skills.
