Description:
Required Document Controller
- Must have Construction Site Experience
- To keep, create and maintain complete filling for the projects’ incoming and outgoing correspondences’
- Receive, distribute and file incoming and outgoing project’s documents (correspondences/submittals) from contractor’s and client
- Prepare and update register log for all incoming and outgoing documents (correspondences/submittals) on weekly basis with reference numbers.
- Drafts and send all outgoing documents (correspondences/submittals), and should be signed by the concerned parties
- Management and control of drawings and correspondences between the project team, client & contractor
- Coordinate with all departments in order to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive
- Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions… etc. before issuing it to the contractor to avoid confusion.
- Diploma Holder.
- Must have 2-5 overall years of experience.
- Has Admin. Experience.
- Ability to meet stated deadlines.
- Must be goal orientated.
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be proactive and energetic
- Must be creative
