We’re Hiring – Document Controller

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing documentation workflows? We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic team at SMD Signage & Metal Design LLC – a leading name in architectural metalwork, signage, and interior fit-outs across the UAE and GCC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all project documentation in an organized and efficient manner
• Ensure documents are up-to-date, accessible, and accurately filed
• Support the project and technical teams with document submissions, tracking, and revisions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to maintain clear communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in construction, engineering, or fit-out industries)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control software
• Good communication skills
• UAE experience is a plus
