Draftsman

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman/draftswoman at RRBC, LLC located in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The Draftsman/Draftswoman will be responsible for creating technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications from engineers and architects. The role includes interpreting design concepts, making revisions to drawings, ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards and codes, and collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Daily tasks also involve using CAD software, managing documentation, and performing quality checks on completed drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and drafting
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to revise drawings based on feedback
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with relevant standards, codes, and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in fitout is a must
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• fluency in using sketch up and illustrator is a must.
• Minimum 3 years experience in fitout industry from any country.
