This full-time role is tailored for individuals with a strong background in architectural drafting, specifically within the fit-out and construction sectors. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, contributing directly to the development of high-quality architectural solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of local experience in architectural drafting, with a particular focus on fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software is essential. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring that all specifications and designs meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed architectural and fit-out drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Collaborating with design and project teams to produce comprehensive drafting solutions.

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Working with software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create precise, error-free drafts.
