E-commerce Manager

Description:

We are a luxury fashion brand with footwear and accessories made in Italy, looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager / Shopify Expert based in Dubai to manage and optimize our online store.

This role requires someone who understands luxury fashion e-commerce, Shopify management, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Shopify website

• Improve user experience and conversion rates

• Upload and manage products, collections, and inventory

• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and campaigns

• Integrate and manage apps, payment gateways, and shipping

• Monitor analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior

• Work with marketing on email campaigns, promotions, and launches

• Ensure the website reflects a premium luxury brand experience

Requirements

• Strong experience with Shopify (themes, apps, backend management)

• Experience managing fashion or luxury e-commerce brands

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization

• Understanding of payment gateways and logistics

• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation

• Based in Dubai (preferred)
