British Orchard Nursery, a well-established and reputable early childhood education institution, is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Teacher to join their team at the Al Jaddaf branch in Dubai. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing environment focused on the holistic development of young learners.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and be dedicated to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth among children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

• Plan and implement educational activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Maintain a safe, caring, and supportive classroom environment that nurtures each child's individual needs.

• Assess and monitor children’s progress regularly, providing feedback to parents and management.

• Collaborate closely with other teaching staff and participate in continuous professional development.

• Uphold the nursery’s standards and policies regarding child welfare, health, and safety.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience teaching in early years settings.

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Workforce or equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS curriculum.

• A nurturing, energetic, and child-centered teaching style that supports diverse learning needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
