Early Years Teacher

Description:

The Early Years Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and activities, guiding children through play-based learning, observing and documenting developmental progress, and maintaining a safe, stimulating classroom environment. The role involves building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, and participating in team meetings and professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and the EYFS framework, with experience planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities.
• Demonstrated skills in classroom management, child safeguarding, and creating inclusive, engaging learning environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and colleagues in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document children’s progress, and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• Relevant early years teaching qualification or degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field; prior experience in a nursery or preschool setting is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Early Years experience

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education / Education, or CACHE Level 3

• Own visa or husband-sponsored visa

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Fluent in English
