Early Years Teacher Trainer

Description:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher Trainers and Education and Learning Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, with a Master's degree in Early Years Education / Education and Training /Education Management or related field (or equivalent). In addition to academic qualifications, relevant teaching or training experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality training and professional development to educators
• Developing and implementing training programs that reflect best practices in early childhood . Education Management
• Offering mentorship and guidance to teachers to improve their teaching techniques and classroom management.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and trends in early years education.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master's degree in Early Years Education . Education and Training or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogical strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teachers.
• Previous experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops is preferred.
