Ecommerce Manager

Our client, a leading gaming retail company in the UAE with a strong presence across the GCC, is looking for a dynamic and data-driven E-commerce Manager to join their growing team.

🔹 About the Role:

As E-commerce Manager, you will lead the full 360° of our client's online business — from strategy and P&L ownership to digital marketing, operations, and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering aggressive growth while enhancing the brand’s digital presence and user experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full e-commerce P&L.
• Define and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Oversee digital operations, merchandising, pricing, and inventory.
• Lead all acquisition and retention channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, affiliates).
• Work with tech teams to optimize website speed, UX, and CRO.
• Analyze data to track KPIs and identify performance improvements.
• Manage vendors, digital tools, fulfillment, and customer service SLAs.
• Build and lead a high-performing ecomm team.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce; 3+ years managing end-to-end operations and P&L.
• Proven success in scaling online retail businesses to 200M+ AED turnover.
• Experience in high-SKU product categories: gaming, toys, collectibles, accessories, etc.
• Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Magento, GA4, Meta Ads, and other performance tools.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent leadership skills.
• Passionate about gaming, retail innovation, and customer experience.
