Ecommerce Manager

On behalf of a reputable client in the UAE, we’re hiring an Ecommerce Retail Manager to own online sales across D2C store and marketplaces. Should be experienced in Luxury retail

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce P&L, revenue and conversion targets
• Manage D2C store (Shopify/Magento or similar) end-to-end
• Run marketplace accounts: Noon, Amazon.ae, Namshi and similar
• Lead catalog, pricing, promotions and campaign calendar
• Drive performance marketing coordination with agency/in-house team
• Optimise fulfilment, returns and last-mile with logistics partners
• Track KPIs: traffic, CR, AOV, ROAS, stock sell-through
• Manage a small ecommerce/content team

Requirements

• 5–8 years in ecommerce, 3+ managing a UAE/GCC online retail channel
• Hands-on with Shopify/Magento and marketplace seller centres
• Strong analytics: GA4, Excel, marketplace dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional English; Arabic an advantage
• Based in UAE or able to relocate to Dubai
