As the Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing entertainment programs and events, in order to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue at our client's F&B outlets. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage entertainment programs and events that align with the brand and target market
- Create captivating and innovative entertainment concepts to attract and retain guests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute events and entertainment activities
- Manage entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality experiences
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote entertainment offerings through various communication channels
- Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors' entertainment offerings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with performers, artists, and industry professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in entertainment management, preferably in the F&B industry in UAE
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful entertainment programs and events
- Strong network of performers and artists
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
