Brill Exhibit is seeking a skilled Estimator (Exhibition & Interiors) to join their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise and competitive cost estimates for exhibition stands, event setups, and interior design projects. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure cost efficiency and project accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for exhibitions, interiors, and related fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to assess material, labor, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to confirm pricing and ensure accurate quotations.
• Support the business development team with competitive proposals and tender submissions.
• Analyze cost variations and recommend cost-saving solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an estimator in the exhibition or interior fit-out industry.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools/software.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
