We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter from Europe or the UK to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring top real estate professionals and a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market.

📌 Source & Attract Top Talent – Recruit experienced real estate agents from Dubai and international markets

📌 Screen & Assess Candidates – Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to ensure the best fit

📌 Onboarding & Talent Management – Facilitate a smooth hiring process and support new hires

What You Bring:

✔ Nationality/Location: Must be from Europe or the UK

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate recruitment in Dubai

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)

✔ Skills: Strong headhunting, networking, and negotiation skills, with a deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate sector

✔ Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and experienced in recruiting international talent for Dubai’s real estate market
