What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in events or entertainment

• Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting

• Experience managing production teams, technical crews, and vendors

• Solid knowledge of health & safety, risk, and crowd management

• Confident communication with stakeholders and teams

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong understanding of UAE event laws, licensing, and cultural protocols

• Proficiency in event software and digital collaboration tools

• Fluent in English

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
