Event Sales Manager

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Controls costs, purchasing procedures, regulations, OPEX and CAPEX budgets for projects undertaken by the Operations Team.
• Liaise with the Panning & Operations team and clients, attend / arrange operational meetings.
• Manages the delivery of projects aimed at enhancing the destination users’ experience.
• Provides technical expertise to the Planning & Operations team in order to facilitate the communication with regard to Organizers’ queries and expectations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most favorable terms
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, etc.)
• Do final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Remaining under budget with all costs & submit reports
• Managing client requirements and ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing events, exhibitions, and operational work from events companies| Handling successful events
• Education: Graduate in Marketing | Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or relevant field is preferred.
• Certified in Project Management
