We are looking for a high-performing Event Sales Manager (Blockchain Sponsorships) to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, exhibitor sales, and sponsorship acquisition for MENA Blockchain Week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sponsorship sales strategy for MENA Blockchain Week
- Identify and engage blockchain, Web3, AI, and tech sponsors & exhibitors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional & global partners
- Create tailored sponsorship & exhibition packages based on client needs
- Pitch high-value partnership opportunities to senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and delivery teams for flawless execution
- Represent SNXS at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Ensure strong sponsor ROI through visibility, engagement, and activations
💰 Compensation
- Strong commission-based structure (no fixed base salary)

After a successful 3-month performance period with demonstrated deal closures, the role will transition to a fixed salary plus commission-based compensation structure.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sponsorship sales / exhibition space selling
- Strong experience in international events & exhibitions
- Proven background in Blockchain / Web3 / Tech events (must-have)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to build and manage senior-level relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Based in or willing to operate in Dubai / MENA region
