Event Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Event Sales Manager (Blockchain Sponsorships) to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, exhibitor sales, and sponsorship acquisition for MENA Blockchain Week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sponsorship sales strategy for MENA Blockchain Week
  • Identify and engage blockchain, Web3, AI, and tech sponsors & exhibitors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional & global partners
  • Create tailored sponsorship & exhibition packages based on client needs
  • Pitch high-value partnership opportunities to senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and delivery teams for flawless execution
  • Represent SNXS at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
  • Ensure strong sponsor ROI through visibility, engagement, and activations

  • Strong commission-based structure (no fixed base salary)

After a successful 3-month performance period with demonstrated deal closures, the role will transition to a fixed salary plus commission-based compensation structure.

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in sponsorship sales / exhibition space selling
  • Strong experience in international events & exhibitions
  • Proven background in Blockchain / Web3 / Tech events (must-have)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Ability to build and manage senior-level relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Based in or willing to operate in Dubai / MENA region
