Event Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, managing customer service interactions, and coordinating marketing strategies. The role also includes liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Events Specialist who can bring bold ideas to life and craft memorable experiences. In this role, you’ll combine creativity with strategic thinking to develop impactful event concepts, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish. • Develop original and innovative concepts for events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Develop creative presentation decks that effectively communicate ideas and bring concepts to life.
• Translate client goals into creative strategies that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
• Stay informed about developments in events, marketing, and culture to inspire fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including design, production, and digital — to bring concepts to life effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout all stages of a project.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage collaboration and trust.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Contribute to new business proposals by presenting creative ideas and strategic input.

Requirements :

• 2–3 years of experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing (UAE experience mandatory).
• Proven ability to conceptualize, pitch, and execute creative campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling through experiences.
