Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager (Chinese Speaking) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing CoinW’s global and regional events, ensuring impactful engagement with partners, clients, and the crypto community. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events including conferences, roadshows, community meetups, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Develop event strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business development teams to maximize event impact.
- Oversee event promotions, including digital campaigns, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality experiences for attendees.
- Monitor event performance metrics and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for CoinW to participate in or host key events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in event management, preferably within fintech, crypto, or technology industries.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to deliver engaging experiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and manage events internationally.
- Familiarity with crypto/blockchain industry is an advantage.
